Reservation

The reservation will be evidenced after paying a down payment of 30 % of the accommodation. Christmas - New Year (24.12 till 2.1) The accommodation period must be minimal 4 days with a down payment of 50%.

When You will adjure Your stay within 21 days before the accommodation period, the pension owner will not pay You back the down payment.

When the pension owner will adjure the accommodation within 21 days of your accommodation period he will repay your down payment and a similar penalty.

The down payment can be paid cash or by bank on bank account

Confirmation of Your reservation will be within 7 days. This mail will content a conformation, an accommodation price and how much the down payment will be including the variable symbol and the bank account where You can send the down payment. As soon as we get Your down payment the accommodation will become valid.
